How do I get in contact with the team that delivered my product?

Our contact information is located on your shipping document OR you can email info@eliteteam1.com with your name, address, date of delivery and best way to contact you and we will get back to you right away.

What all do you deliver?

Currently, we have a national contract with one of the premier home improvement box stores. We deliver new appliances and some outdoor products (such as bbq grills and riding lawn mowers)

What is your delivery area?

Our base is in Kyle, TX We deliver within a 150 mile radius of our warehouse.

Will I be required to lift heavy appliances everyday?

No. There is a need for what we call 'smart strength' .. but with our unique approach and plan almost anyone can handle the physical requirement of this role. This is just one of the many things that makes Elite Team 1 different.

What makes Elite Team 1 different than many of the other delivery companies?

The bar is set high from the start. Our team comes here with the expectation of not just a paycheck but setting themselves up for long term success. We hire talent with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our mindset is to utilize each individuals skills they have already acquired and to develop the ones they want to add to their brand. Whether its for a short time or a long term career our team members learn how to improve their future on a daily basis. Each team member gets specialized attention based on what they want from their experience. We teach/train on many topics including supply chain, driving skills, logistics, teamwork, customer service, business acumen, management, hiring etc.. everything needed to launch yourself to wherever your goals want to take you.

How old do I need to be as a contractor at Elite Team 1?

Drivers need to be 23. Non-driving roles can be 18+

Do you offer part-time positions?

The expectation is that each of our team members are full time employee's. However, our schedules are pretty unique (in a good way) so if you bring the right attitude and experience necessary we may be able to fit you into our team. There is only one way to find out..reach out.

Do I need a CDL to drive for Elite Team 1?

For our current contract a CDL is not required. However, we do prefer our drivers have experience driving a box truck or semi truck. As Elite Team 1 continues to grow we will assist our team members who have a vision of getting a CDL.

Are your team members home daily?

Yes. Our deliveries are local and all team members are home daily.

Do I use my own vehicle to deliver for Elite Team 1?

No. We use our trucks for every delivery. However, having a way to get to our facility is a requirement.

If I am an owner operator with my own truck can I join Elite Team 1?

Yes. If you have the required truck we would love for you to come be a part of the Elite system.

Are there any other requirements needed to be a part of Elite Team 1?

Yes. A competitive spirit. A desire to be the best. A willingness to learn and teach. Drug free and be able to pass a background check. Able to read & write in English. Smartphone proficient (iphone preferred but not required). Appliance installation experience a plus. We work on days that end with the letter 'y' but also only half the month. We hire back office experts, mechanics, customer service specialists, sales, photography, data entry, marketing ... if you bring skills and the right mentality we can find a place for you at Elite Team 1.
